A patient Yuzu who visited the clinic without having a bowel movement for a week. The nurse in charge of the examination cannot hide her interest in Yuzu's body and carefully palpates her nipples, female genitalia, and anus. First, try an enema with lukewarm water using a 200cc cylinder enema. A simple toilet bowl is prepared so that the nurse can check the anus during excretion. Cloudy hot water and several small stool lumps were discharged from Yuzu's anus.
